Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
- Simply contact our friendly customer care team at support@beneessenutra.com and we’ll handle the rest.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days.
Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeneEsse purchase.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly accept your return.
- Just send us an email with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product (support@beneessenutra.com).
- Please note: opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds:
Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method within 7 business days (online payments) or 14 business days (COD orders).
Shipping Insurance
We offer transit insurance for your peace of mind, covering your order until it’s delivered.
