Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
  • Simply contact our friendly customer care team at support@beneessenutra.com and we’ll handle the rest.
  • Once confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days. 
Returns:
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeneEsse purchase.
  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly accept your return.
  • Just send us an email with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product (support@beneessenutra.com).
  • Please note: opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 
Refunds: Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method within 7 business days (online payments) or 14 business days (COD orders). Shipping Insurance We offer transit insurance for your peace of mind, covering your order until it’s delivered. Delivery Delays:
  • While we strive for speedy delivery, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.
